Do you get to see everything listed above? Or do they cost extra? And what is the difference between the luxury and the deluxe cruise?

The three sections are for one day (strictly, half day) sightseeing, without any excursion. That is tos ay, the cruise doesn't stop for any attractions on the way and passengers are not allowed to get off. But the cruise runs slowly so that you can enjoy great secnery as well as the attractions in the distance. Well then, surely you don't need to pay extra for nonexistent excursion. The deluxe cruise offers free Chinese buffet onboard, while there is not on the luxury cruise.
