Shanghai Public Trasnportation Card

is it possible to buy this card at the PuDong airport? or is there is any place close to Narada Boutique Hotel the Bund at Rein Min Road, Huangpu ??

Yes, you can buy this transportation card in the subway line 2 Airport Metro Station.
Or you can buy this card at Yuyuan Subway Station. This place is just 300 yards west away from your hotel.
