Shanghai Maglev return ticket plus a one day metro pass

I'll be staying at the Narada Boutique Hotel Yu Garden. Can I buy the above ticket at a metro station close to the hotel?

Yes, you can and the close site to buy the pass is the Customer Service Center of East Nanjing Road metro station, which is around 1.5km from your hotel.
