About:What to Eat in China

Can almond butter, protein bars and supplements be brought in suitcase?

I'm from the US and will be visiting China. Will foods such as almond butter, protein bars, and dietary supplements be allowed into China via my luggage? I know no seeds, nuts or meats allowed, but what else?

Dairy products and eggs are also prohibited. The dairy products include butter. So I am afraid that you may not bring almond butter. However, protein bars and upplements are ok.
