About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

UK Citizen travelling to GZ from Hong Kong by train and back again - do we qualify for 72hr visa?

hi there
We are UK citizens travelling on a round the world business trip. We are flying to Hong Kong then planned to take the train from there to GZ and then back again for a meeting there on one day. Do we need apply in advance for this? if so how and what do we need?

Emily, it is a pity that you do not qualify for the 72hr free transfer, so you have to apply for one entry permit in advance. You can first prepare the relevant documents, including your passport, passport copy, recent photo, application form, and supporting documents proving your visit purpose. Then go to the CVASC center in the UK and submit the application.
