while in taiwan, how to apply visa for mainland china?

Hello, I am currently studying in Taiwan and for the summer vacation I want to go to volunteer and travel in mainland for about two months. How and Where should I apply? And do I need another one to go to Tibet? Thank you, Rimvydas

Rim, you need go to the office of the commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in Macau to apply for a F type. You need an invitation letter from the organization that provides volunteer job. Otherwise, you may just apply for a L type. Even you just acquire 30 days of duration of stay, you still can try to extend it to acquire another 30 days. In order to apply for a L type, round-trip air ticket and hotel booking are required. For Tibet, you should join a group tour arranged by a qualified travel agency because the agency can help you acquire the Tibet Travel Permit.
