Domestic to international flight with long waiting time at PEK

Hello, I have a domestic flight with Air China from Erdos/Ordos DSN to Beijing PEK that arrives at 10:30am on the 30th April. I will then be getting an international flight from PEK airport to Manchester, England at 1:50am on the 1st May with Qatar airlines. I was hoping you could tell me what steps I will have to go through when I arrive at Beijing. Will I have to collect my luggage and then check it in at a later time as I will be flying with different airlines? Also what facilities does the airport have to offer whilst I wait to check in my luggage?
