About:China Visa Application Requirements

Proof of legal stay, is some form of proof of stay/residence required?

If I am an EEA citizen working in another EEA country i.e. I don't need a work permit. Thanks in advance.

Then you can provide the copies of you entry record or entry permit for the country you are now living in.
