About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I'm on a British passport and a have a 1 year multiple entry business visa for China.

Hi
Do I need to get a residence permit? I plan to stay for the period of the entry permit. Thanks!

Rachel, you needn't apply for the resident permit. However, you should exit and reenter before each duration of stay expires. You don't have to go back to your own country. Going to HK and reentering are ok.
