how can we go from taining road, shenzhen luohu to Xiaomeisha and is there a facility to night stay?

I suggest you take a taxi from your location to Zhuyuan Hotel bus stop for bus no. 103B or 103. Take either of them and get off at Xiaomeisha (XMS) Bus Stop. Then walk to the sea orld.
The XMS Resort Guanjing Hotel and XMS Hotel are good choices for accommodation.
