How to go to Xiaomeisha Sea World from the Shenzhen Metropark hotel?

Also, if using public transportation how long is the journey and how much? How long and how much if I use a taxi?

You can take Bus 103 to Xiaomeisha Gongjiao Zongzhan directly, and it takes about 1.5h and CNY2.
The taxi may take 50mins and CNY70-80.
