About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Shuttle Bus

hongqiao airport shuttle bus line1

since hongqiao airport is huge, has 4 floors and lots of bus gates departures and arrivals , where place exactly i can get the bus.?
it has color or any other kind of identification?

As I know, public buses leave from the East Transport Hub of Hongqiao which is close to the north arrival hall of T2. After landing, follow the clear directional signs to find them. Without knowing which bus line would you like to take, it is hard to tell you the color of the bus.
