Hey, all of them are located near, so you can just walk to reach.
If you start from Senado Square, walk northwards for about 450 yards you will reach Ruins of St. Paul.
From there walk eastwards for about 900 yards, you will reach the Guia Fortress.
To the Grand Pix Museum (from Guia Fortress), just walk southeast for about 600 yards.
To the Fisherman’s Wharf, walk southeast for about 700 yards and you will reach there.

For casino, the Grand Lisboa is recommended and it is within walking distance from the ruins. And I have to remind you that you arranged a lot for one day trip. Do hurry up to cover them all.

Distinctive local foods such as dried codfish and African Chicken are good souvenirs.
You can go to Senado Square Area and Rua S. Domingos.
In the Rua da Felicidade, you can find lots of bakeries and pastry shops that sell many local style Dim Sum. :-)
