can i go out of the airport to see the citycomeback for my flight?

im levi from canada. i just want to ask bcoz i will be having 8hrs stay at beijing airport for my connecting flight going to Singapore. how much is the fee ?:) by the way i am still holding a Philippines passport:)

Levi, you can do it as long as you enjoy 24 hours free transit in Beijing. When you arrive and pass the immigration department, you can apply for a stay permit (a stamp on your passport) for free. With this permit, you can eixt the airport without a problem.
