About:Simatai Great Wall

Is it already possible to hike from Jinshanling to Simatai?

We are a group of 27 persons and would like to do this hike. Furthermore I would also like to know where I can make a reservation to visit the wall? Thank you!

Floor, it's impossible to do the hike you mentioned now. You can just visit any of the section you metioned. But you can go from one to the other. You can reserve on the website mentioned in the "reservation" part of the above article. Or you might make a call to 86-10-81009999 to ask for details.

Thank you Fred!! Which section are you going to recommend? Is it still possible to do a round trip hike, thus end at a different point as were you started at one of the two places? And one more question, is there also a reservation site for Jinshanling?

Floor, any of these two sections are recommended. You can visit any section. But my choice would be Jinshanling. And there is no need to make a reservation in advance. If you still want to hike, you can walk from Jinshanling section toward west to reach Panlongshan and Wohushan sections.
