About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I am currently working in Shanghai and have a multi-entry 60-day Business Visa.

My 60-days are coming to an end, but I need to come back to Shanghai.

What are the rules for leaving and coming back to China on the multi-entry permit?
Do I have to leave for 24 hours to a different country and then I can go back for another 60-days?
Does going to HK count as exiting and re-entering?

Hi, you don’t have to leave for a different country. Going to HK counts as an exiting and re-entering. In addition, you don’t have to stay for 24 hours in HK because there is no specific time limit for the interval between two entries.
