Fred, if you want to apply for a tourist L type, you should first provide those documents containing your passport and its copy, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, hotel reservation, round trip air tickets and your residence permit in Russia. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for the L type, but I cannot assure if you can get multiple entries. The consular officers will give you a proper L type based on your situation.0
