Do I qualify for a transit free visa?

Us Citizen

South Korea to Beijing 72 hours in Beijing
Beijing to Hong Kong with a two hour layover in Hangzhou
Hong Kong to South Korea

Mike, sorry to tell you that your route is not qualified. When using the 72 hrs transit permit waiver policy, you cannot transit in two Chinese cities.
