tour of Hani rice terraces with an English speaking guide

I want to take a 2-3 days tour with an English speaking guide but can not find any tour with this requirement. Can you please suggest how can I take this type of tour? In which city do I stay for this tour? In which city do I fly to take train to?

Oh, you can find TravelChinaGuide. They have this tour and responsible English speaking guide.
Generally speaking, you will start from KM.
Day 1: KM, Stone Forest, Yuanyang
Day 2: Hani Rice Terraces, Local Farmers Markets, Duoyishu
Day 3: Jianshui County, Zhang Family Garden, the Double Dragon Bridge, Chaoyang Building
After visiting, return back to KM or stay at Jianshui County.
