Mother and father in law visit

I am a UK citizen living and working with my wife in Shanghai. My mother and father in law wish to visit and on the visa application form they have ticked the box for visiting relatives. I have provided invitation letter and all other documentation but do I have to provide a copy of my marriage certificate?

John, the marriage certificate isn't required. But did you send copies of your passport information page and valid temporary resident permit?
