Where can I find addresses of Post Offices in Tibet? eg.Gyangtze, Yadong

The China Post Office address in Yadong is: no. 13-14, Chengzhong Road (near the Xiasima Town Government).
If in Lhasa, I know several in these addresses: no. 33, Beijing Middle Road, Chengguan District; no. 1, Xuecun New Road, Chengguan District.

This is a partial answer. Thanks for that.
But I am looking for an actual list of the Post Offices, and their addresses, within the Autonomous Region. Maybe I can be directed to this site?

Sorry, I cannot find the complete list of China Post Offices in English version. Maybe you can go to the place that Molly mentioned. Then consult the staff there and know more information. Good luck!
