The China Post Office address in Yadong is: no. 13-14, Chengzhong Road (near the Xiasima Town Government).
If in Lhasa, I know several in these addresses: no. 33, Beijing Middle Road, Chengguan District; no. 1, Xuecun New Road, Chengguan District.

This is a partial answer. Thanks for that.
But I am looking for an actual list of the Post Offices, and their addresses, within the Autonomous Region. Maybe I can be directed to this site?0
