About:

Obtain Vietnam entry permit in Guangzhou

I want to travel to Vietnam by train from Nanning but I don't want to spend extra time in Nanning waiting for a visa. Can I get one by post from the consulate in Guangzhou? I live in Xiamen and have a Swiss passport. My husband has a Uk passport.
