how many hours travel by guangzhou,guangdong to guilin?and which transportation mode?

We are currently in foshan and we like to have tours in GL esp the li river.how long it takes and which station in gaungzhou we can take train?where to stop also,the south or north station?
can i book tour too and met the person that can tour on us in the GL station?
