Visa for China / Hong Kong for Swiss and Dutch

Good day
We are planning to travel to mainland and Hong Kong beginnning of July. Is it right that I (swiss passport) and my girlfriend (dutch passport, aufenthaltsbewilligung Schweiz B), living in Rüti ZH, can go to the Zürich embassy to apply? Which forms do we need to fill out?

Yes, both of you can apply at the Zurich Consulate. You need to fill the V.2013 application form, which can be downloaded from the top of this page.

Hey, the mailing applications are not acceptable. If you cannot go to the consulate personally, you can ask others to do the application on your behalf.
