If i can pay the penalty. will i be able to go back in china again and work?

Hi. I left my school without any notice. I'm not happy to work there anymore and this new school i got they told me they can renew my residence permit but when i got here. it took along time for them to process everything because the school doesn't have the licence to hire foreign teachers. now, i found out that my residence permit has been cancelled 1 month ago and ive heard that my previous school they will put my name on the blacklist. will i be able to process a z type again in the Chinese embassy in my country?

Hi, even though you can pay the penalty, there is still possibility that your future applications will be rejected. However, I think the best solution now is to pay the penalty and explain the situation to the officers of the entry and exit administration. Under normal circumstances, if your residence permit is cancelled, they should give you a one-month L type permit, so there should be no big deal.
