making hong kong visa in myanmar

hi i'm a myanmar citizen. Do i need to be in person to apply hong kong one in myanmar because I'm in overseas right now. May I also know the processing time?

Inzali, it is not necessary to apply from Myanmar. You can submit the application via the Chinese embassy in the country where you stay now or directly mail all documents to the HK Immigration Department. The processing time is around four to six weeks.
