panamanian citizen. where can i get the visa if i am not in my home country?

I am living right now in Guangzhou. I wanna go to hong kong. Another question if I have already booked flights connected with HK, I can take them without having an entry permit?

Hi Lorenzo! If you are in direct transit by air and you will not leave the airport transit area, then the HK entry permit is not needed.
