how to take high speed train from guangzhou to chengdu

My wife and I will be arriving Guangzhou on 28/6, we planned to travel to Chengdu the next day... kindly please advice. Thanks

There is no high speeds for the Guangzhou to Chengdu trip, you can choose a slow one to Chongqing first and then high speeds to Chengdu or high speeds to Changsha and then slow one to chengdu. But each option would still ake a long time more than 25 hours. Maybe it would be better if you take a flight instead.
