Uliana, you should provide the original and photocopy of your work certificate in Poland, as well as your passport, passport copy, application form affixed with recent photo, and hotel reservations and round way tickets. If you can submit an invitation letter from China, then the hotel reservation is not required. Otherwise, it has to be submitted. The whole process takes one week and no appointment is required.
