1. A valid passport, a copy of the passport’s photo page, a filled application form, a recently-taken bare-headed photo, as well as other supporting documents will be required for the application.

2. The fee for a single entry is Rs3900 (entry permit fee) + Rs1061 (CVASC service fee) = Rs4961

3. It’s possible to apply multiple entries. A six month multiple-entry type costs Rs7800 (entry permit fee) + Rs1061 (CVASC service fee) = Rs8861, while a 12-month multiple-entry type costs Rs11700 + Rs1061 = Rs12761.
