About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

For Pakistani, does visit entry permit take 30 days to obtain? Any faster route to HongKong?

Hello,
I heard if a traveller is a Pakistani Nationality.
They have to obtain Visit entry permit, which takes around 30 days?
Is there any faster route?

I was also mentioned by someone, if we visit China, and stay there 4-5 days, an agent in China will process quickly for visa in HongKong, and can get in 5-7 working days.

Please advise if such is true?

Why such a delay for Pakistanis. and other nationalities..?

Hello Aviz! It’s true that Pakistanis are required for the HK entry permit, and the processing takes around four to six weeks. The process cannot be expedited as the HK Immigration Department doesn’t offer express services.

However, I’m not sure whether some agents in China can handle the affairs so quickly within 7 to 7 working days.

By the way, the delay is not only for Pakistanis, it’s the same for all citizens of the countries which are required the HK entry permit.
