About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can korean citizen holding a green card apply for visa in Houston?

Or does she need to do this in Korea? Also, what is the charge to upgrade to 1day service? We live outside dallas.

Yes, you can apply from Chinese consulate in USA. It charges extra 30USD for rush service. So you need to pay 60 USD in total.
