Is there a shuttle bus from Beijing airport to Dong Fang Hotel

No, there is no direct bus to the hotel, but you can take the shuttle bus Tongzhou line to Tongzhou West Street. The walk about 0.6 miles to the hotel, or you can take a taxi if carrying heavy luggage.
