italian in spain for vacation to china

Question

I am an Italian citizen that came to live in Spain just 3 wks ago. I want to go with my girlfriend to PRC for tourism in June 2015, but I don't have my ID from Spain or Italy. Can I request one in Italy (Rome) I can go over there or send my documents over there. How long does it take. What do I need to send? Thank you

Angelo, I think you can consult with the CVASC center in Rome. They deal with your application. Yes, you can choose to submit your application on your own or post your application to the CVASC center. It takes 10 working days by post. You should provide your passport, application form, a recent six months passport photo, round-trip air ticket, hotel booking and your valid proof of stay in Spain.
