About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Tea Allowance !

I am bringing in many varieties of black tea to some of my Chinese friends this time. What is the Allowance on bringing tea to China and also what rate are they calculated at if I did require to pay taxes ?

Silva, there is no detailed amount requirement. The general rule is under "reasonable quantity and for personal use only". So it's totally up to the customs officers. If they think you take too much, then you need to pay tax. The tax rate is 10 percent.
