bj during labor day holidays

Hi, I will arrive  on 29th April and leave on 4th May. I know it is labor day holidays and it will be very crowded. How's the situation during Chinese holidays? Do you have any tips or suggestions for my trip during this period?Thanks so much.

Well, there would a lot of people going out to enjoy their holidays. The crowd is hard to avoid. My suggestion is that you should book hotels and transportation (especially trains and flights) in advance. And make a plan of the attractions you want to go. Do not make your plan too tight; leave enough time for each one, because you may need to line up. Wish you a enjoyable journey!
