Steps for an L type visa for a first time applicant, and what is R&R

I'm interested in L type as I'm only planing to stay there for 5 days. So i'd like to know all the steps to take if I want an L type and what does "RNR" mean?

Pheta, first of all, you should get all the required documents ready, like your passport, a copy of the passport, an application form with a recently-taken full face color photo stuck on it, and round-trip tickets and hotel booking records. Then take the documents to the CVASC office in Johannesburg to submit the application for an L type permit. I’m not familiar with “R&R”. Maybe it’s just a kind of entry permit.
