beijing west station to badaling.

Question

I need to get from the West Station to Badaling - leaving BJ West at 1345 approximately.Can anyone advise the best way to transfer?Express bus, Train or Car/Taxi?

Here is the best way to go as far as i think:You take a taxi from the west station to the north station first. It would take about 25 minutes and cost CNY30. After arrival, you can take the S trains from BJ North Station to reach Badaling directly. Trains in the north station run hourly until 9:28pm. And the journey take 80 minutes to reach.
