About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Cancellation

If I book a train through your services, can I cancel it online and free of charge, if later I can no longer travel in it?

The cancellation before ticket issuing is for free. But once being issued, the service fee is not refundable. And the cancellation fee asked by the railway authority depends on the time you cancel it. If more than 15 days in advance, it is for free. 5% of the price would be charged if more than 48 hours in advance. 10% of the price would be charged if only 24 hours in advance and 20% if less than 24 hours. If you booked from a booking agent, you need to contact them to cancel it for you. You can also hold the paper ticket and cancel it at the train station directly.
