About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Is Beijing airport running 24 hrs? I will be arriving in the airport at around 1am.

Is there any public place to rest until next morning to catch the bus to the city?

The terminal is open for 24 hours. Anyway, you can stay at the hourly lounges for several hours. Or I know a tea house named Comfort Garden that opens for 24 hours. You can stay there for some time.
