Does Beijing taxi cost for per car or per pax?

We travel 3 adults and 1 child, and we plan to take a taxi from/to Capital Airport. I think it is possible for all of us to take only 1 taxi, right? And the taxi operates 24 hrs, doesn't it?
And how much money does taxi cost from Cap Airport to Dongsi area?
