Kashif, you still need to apply one for five-day HK visit. The embassy of PRC in South Korea doesn't say that they provide this service. So I think you should apply from HK Immigration Department directly. It takes around 4 to 6 weeks and you need to post your application to the department directly.

The required documents are:
1. copy of your passport information page
2. finished ID1003A form affixed with a recent passport photo
3. travel itinerary and accommodation booking in HK
4. financial proof, such as recent six months bank statement, employment certificate and your pay slip

Postal address is as bellows:
Receipt and Despatch Sub-unit
Hong Kong Immigration Department
2/F, Immigration Tower
7 Gloucester Road
Wan Chai, Hong Kong
