How to request Invitation Letter from Canton Fair 2015

Dear Sir / Madam,
I’m writing to inform you that one of our employee is expecting to attend Canton Fair from 01st May to 05th May.

One of requirements is to provide invitation letter from the authorized unit. I tried to get it done from their office in China & Hong Kong. But their reply was to contact Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka.

Please advise me the procedure of the same at your earliest.
