Is visa need for myanmar passport holder to hong kong to macau?

Hi,d fIs Visa need for myanmar passport holder ? We are living at Myanmar want to visit to hong kong and Macao.

Yes, you need to apply visa to tour around Hong Kong and Macao. You are suggested to apply for them in your country in advance.

how can i get the application form. thru download online?
and if passenger entry in hongkong how many days allowed?
because some nationals can allowed 14 days /30 days stay.

You can download the form from the official websites of Immigration Department of Hong Kong and Macau Pulic Security Police Station. I have no idea how manys they will issue you. For your case, I suggest you prepare all necessary documents to the Chinese Embassy in Burma and consult the staff for detailed information. :) I remember they will issue you visas directly.
