I need to go to china. can I apply to visa from bishkek embassy?

I m turkish citizens and doing business on Kyrgyzstan kazakhstan for food fair

Ilkay, what will you do after you enter China? If you apply for the entry permit for tourism or business purposes, it's possible that you can apply from bishkek, but if you want to apply for employment, study, or family reunion reasons, it' hard to say whether you can get it. Anyway, please confirm this with the embassy.

I will visit for food fair in shanghai for 2 days only. firstly I fly to hong kong for leather fair than I want to go to shanghai for food fair.
Also for 72 hours turkish citizens can into to the china?

Sorry, Turkey isn't one of the 51 countries. So you can't make use of 72 hours free transit in Shanghai.
