Flying to China from Singapore do I need visa? Can I apply now for travel in November?

I hold a Mauritian passport but live in United Kingdom. I am now in Mauritius visiting my family.

Cheong, the applicants are suggested to apply one month in advance. Where will you be one month ahead of your trip to China? If in Singapore, I am afraid that you may not apply successfully because resident permit is required. So you'd better arrange your schedule to apply one from UK or Mauritius.
