Now I am as a Protected Person in Toronto. This week CIC asked me the Police Certificate from China. Me and my wife had diplomatic passports Beijing, China. So, we need an appointment regarding this issue. Please help us.Regards, Tellah Hossain Orozgani And Marzia Orozgani

Tellah, I am afraid that you need get back to Beijing to apply for a police certificate from the police station. Then you need to go to local notary office to get it notarized. If the local police station refuses to issue the police certificate, then you need to ask the notary office to send the investigation letter to the police station.
