request your help to plan 3 days short trip to hongkong from 5th to 8th may 2015

We have booked Regal Oriental hotel in central Kowloon and would like to visit following places if time permits.1. Victoria Harbor / Bay + HK City tour2. Avenue of Stars3. Victoria Peak plus Madame Tassaude4. Ocean Park (1 day Must see)5. Disney Land (1 day Must see)6. Tian Tan Buddha (The Big Buddha at Lantau Island) -  It is optional if time does not permit....Is it possible to see the New Year Parade  at Tsim Sha Tsui and also New Year Fireworks We will arrive in Hongkong at night by 9pm on 5th May 2015 and will return also by night flight at 9pm on 8th May 2015. Please help us in planning our tour and suggest where we can get pure veg Indian food & good shopping..

According to your demand, here is my suggestion for your itinerary (I’d like to add some spots worth visit in HK):May 5: Hotel check in; Avenue of Stars; Temple Street Night MarketMay 6: The peak and Madame Tussauds; Victoria HarborMay 7: Ocean Park. For the rest time, go to the Causeway Bay for funMay 8: Lantau Island for the Buddha and the go to the Disneyland. At night, you can enjoy the fireworks. As for the New Year Parade, it was presented during the New Year. As I know, there is no relative show during your trip. For veg. Indian food, you can go and find at TST. And the nearby Ladies’ Street and Harbour City are good places for shopping.
