what happens if she seats i want are not available?

My husband and I would like to travel business class from Shanghai to Beijing in early April. We would like to get our tickets delivered to our hotel if possible. How will we know if there are any business class seats available on the one we would like to take? Also, are the seats allocated and will they be next to each other? Thank you

You can check the availability on this website directly as well as the detailed schedule. The seats are sold randomly, but you can remark that you want the seat to be together, TCG would try for you. Also, since you want the delivery service, it usually would be OK if you asked for the 2 seats to be together.
