Arriving and departing different airports in Shanghai

We are British passport holders arriving in Shanghai Hongqiao from Tokyo. We depart from Shanghai Pudong 48 hours later after a 2 day stop in the city. Just to be clear, are we OK with a 72 hour visa if we arrive and depart from different airports in Shanghai ?
